Delivery
- Please allow 2-3 business working days of advanced notice to process orders.
- Full payment is required at time of order, unless you're a corporate customer and require other payment options (cheque, government vendor payment, etc.)
- 'Cash on Delivery' payment method is no longer available.
- No refund or cancellation is allowed after payment.
- Customers are required to present the email receipt or order number upon collection.
- Standard Delivery fee $15 per location applies to all orders .
- For online orders ≧ $350 will receive free delivery, automatically discounted at checkout.
- For large events/corporate orders or if you wish to customise your orders, please contact us at sales@delimaslina.com
- Deli Maslina reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value subjected to availability.
- No changes allowed to indicated delivery time without prior notice 24 hours before day of allocated delivery.

Self-Collection
- Please indicate during check-out if you wish to self-collect the item.
- Self collection is available only at 2 locations, within its operating hours.
A) Bedok Reservoir Branch - Blk 151, Bedok Reservoir, #01-1743, Singapore 470151
B) Our Tampines Hub, Tampines Walk, #B1-52B, Singapore 528523 - No changes allowed to indicated collection time without prior notice 24 hours before confirmed time.
- Additional charge may incur for change of arrangement to delivery opted by customer - standard delivery fee charge terms applies.
- Please contact us to confirm or verify details of your collection including date and time.
