Delivery & Collection FAQ

Delivery 

  • Please allow 2-3 business working days of advanced notice to process orders.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order, unless you're a corporate customer and require other payment options (cheque, government vendor payment, etc.)
  • 'Cash on Delivery' payment method is no longer available.
  • No refund or cancellation is allowed after payment.
  • A minimum Standard Delivery fee $15 per location applies to all orders.
  • Deli Maslina reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value, subject to availability.
  • No changes allowed to the indicated delivery time without prior notice 24 hours before the day of allocated delivery.

Self-Collection

  • Please indicate during check-out if you wish to self-collect the item.
  • Customers are required to present the email receipt or Order Number upon collection.
  • Self-collection is available only at 1 location,  within its operating hours.

    Collection Point:
    Our Tampines Hub,  Tampines Walk, #B1-52B, Singapore 528523
    [11am - 1pm  or  2pm - 5pm]

  • No changes allowed to indicated collection time without prior notice 24 hours before confirmed time.
  • Additional charge may incur for change of arrangement to delivery opted by customer -  standard delivery fee charge terms applies.
  • Please contact us if you require to confirm or verify details of your collection including date and time.

Dessert Table & Bake sale Bookings

  • Please allow 10-14 business working days of advanced notice to process orders.
  • We will notify you a 'Confirmation Order & Invoice' upon mutual agreement to book requested dates, subject to availability.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order, unless you're a corporate customer and require other payment options (cheque, government vendor payment, etc.)
  • 'Cash on Delivery' payment method is no longer available.
  • No refund or cancellation is allowed after payment.
  • A minimum Standard Delivery fee $15 per location applies to all orders, unless mentioned otherwise.
  • A minimum of 60 minutes, Set-up & Tear-down time slot will be required for each decor package booked.
    ** Please include with comments/remarks upon ordering, should we need to know any special entry/exit requirements.
